The Extranet is a secure online area for partners to use for uploading and downloading materials, project management and communication purposes. Generally speaking, there are 2 widely used roles within the system:

• Administrator – who has full access to the system and can perform system-wide changes to all areas of the Extranet.
• Student – who can view the materials uploaded to the Extranet by Administrators, and who can also communicate with other registered users.

To access the Extranet:

• Click on the Login link on the bottom left-hand side of this screen (). Alternatively you can access the system directly from the splash page by clicking on the Extranet icon.
• You will then need your Extranet login details to access the resources on the system. If you do not have an account, please contact Caroline Townsend Jones to set up a relevant account for you.
• Full instructions on how to use the Extranet are provided within the system and are available by clicking on the question mark icon next to a feature.
